Full Circle Perinatal Care (formerly West Coast Perinatal Care) is a team of healthcare providers located on the traditional territories of the lÉ™k̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples, colonially known as Victoria, BC. We are committed to providing thorough, informed, culturally safe, evidence-based care and assessment in the perinatal period. We welcome families of all genders and sexual orientation. We are currently providing assessment and care pre-pregnancy or within the first trimester of pregnancy.

At this time, Full Circle Perinatal Care is providing care on a consultation basis only. Please seek a midwife or a family doctor providing perinatal care for your primary care in pregnancy. See 'Find A Care Provider' page for further information on how to find a care provider in pregnancy.

OUR SERVICES
Early Pregnancy Assessment

Early pregnancy assessments are done on a referral basis only from your primary care provider. This includes an intake appointment with Midwife MJ, an ultrasound done in our clinic by RN Heather Strachan, follow up by Dr MacDonald, and options for genetic screening and further consultation. This enables early confirmation of pregnancy and viability.

Recurrent Pregnancy Loss & Pre-Conception Counselling

Consultation available for patients experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss or are requesting pre-conception counselling due to history of recurrent loss, previous pregnancy complications or adverse outcomes. This can including healthcare planning, blood work and/or genetic investigations, and ultrasound. These assessments are offered by MFM/Perinatalogy. The appointments can be done remotely.

Peer-Led and/or Mindfulness-Based Groups

Early pregnancy and recurrent loss groups including: peer-led grief and loss support, mindfulness-based stress reduction, mindfulness after pregnancy loss, and support for people who are newly pregnant after loss. These groups are led by Acupuncturist and Mindfulness Educator, Stephanie Curran. See 'Groups' page for the courses currently running.

2SLGBTQIA+ Family Planning & Perinatal Support
